Starting Session
We are starting with the rehearsals on Monday, 2023-09-23, in the McIntyre Building, Palmer Theatre, 5th floor, at 19:30h. Please come early to start on time (there is also some preparatory work to be done with the setup; see below). This rehearsal is preceded by an Annual General Meeting, 19 - 19:30h.

All members (new, current, previous members), please complete this short form (it takes 3 min!) regarding your attendance at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), membership renewal and readiness to help in operations.
Also, your availability for a replacement rehearsal on Tuesday, 2024-10-15, instead of Thanksgiving Monday (2024-10-14).

The program of the evening:
19:00h – 19:30h: Annual General Meeting (AGM) (Palmer Theatre)
19:40h – 21:15h: Rehearsal (Palmer Theatre)
We will be rehearsing Dvorak, Symphony 9, « des passages dans le 1er et le 2e mvt movements »
Stage preparation
Stage Managers + all members– set up the practice space before the start of the AGM.
All members should bring a hard copy of their sheet music – printed from the collection in our Dropbox (see the link below).
21:30h – 22:00h: Brief Get together, Wine & Cheese - Get together (5th-floor Cafeteria)
The Social Committee is organizing a post-rehearsal potluck! Members are encouraged to contribute to the event; you can let them know what you plan to bring.

Weekly Rehearsals
Unless indicated otherwise, weekly rehearsals occur in the
McIntyre Building, 5th Floor, Palmer Theatre.
This year, rehearsals start at 19h sharp and finish at 21:30h (with a 20-minute pause).
Stage managers and any members willing to help, please prepare the space for the rehearsal:
- Bring our stands from I Medici's storage room on the 5th floor – and
- Return them after the rehearsal.
- If needed, we hope to be able to use the chairs from the Dean’s Conference Room (Rm 519).
