Dear members and candidate members,

Please arrive at 18:15h to help George et co to bring our equipment to the 3rd floor - and return everything after the rehearsal.  
New rehearsal space: McIntyre Building, 3rd floor (turn left until you reach an open space - see this photo)

3) Please park on the streets or in the open parking space, corner of Dr Penfield and de la Montagne (check this map) (Send request for parking pass. Include car model, year, colour, plate no)

4) Please send a note to alexandre.sheasby@mail.mcgill.ca (cc ante.padjen@mcgill.ca) if you are unable to attend the rehearsal.

5) Attachment: Sitting arrangement for violins 1 and 2 section

6) It is not obligatory to wear a mask but it seems prudent to do it in closed spaces. Masks are available at the entrance to the building.

• Soloist: Julia Mirzoev, Schulich Golden Violin 2022

• Franz Schubert: Symphony No 8, “Unfinished”
• 2 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 2 horns in D, 2 trumpets in E, 3 trombones, timpani and strings
