• Rehearsals of I Medici di McGill ensemble are normally held MONDAYs, from 7:15 - 10:15 PM in the McIntyre Medical Sciences Building, 3655 Promenade Sir-William-Osler, 3rd floor, Montreal, QC H3G 1Y6

• The schedule is updated as the information becomes available and is distributed by e-mail to all members performing in the current concert.
  Please check the schedule regularly before a rehearsal. Latest updates are marked by yellow.

Of course, it would be simpler if your use I Medici's Forum that automatically distributes your message to all those that need to know about your absence.

• Log in I Medici web site
• Click on I Medici Forum: Ensemble All (lower right section)
• Open a New Entry in the section Missing rehearsal.... ).
  Enter your name and date in the subject and an explanation in the text box (body of the message).
  The note will be distributed to all those that need to know (conductor, director, sections chairs, stage managers...).
