Anne is in her final year of her PhD degree in Psychology at Concordia University, under the supervision of Virginia Penhune in the Motor Skill Learning and Neural Plasticity lab. She is investigating evidence for a sensitive period associated with musical training. Her research compares brain structure and musical task performance in adult musicians who began training before and after the age of seven. Anne is also training to be a clinical psychologist, with experience working with children and young adults
