Under the auspices of I Medici di McGill - Medical Students at McGill Faculty of Medicine are organizing a Benefit Concert 25000 Smiles for Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation on Friday, May 10, 2013 in St. Patrick's Basilica, Montreal, QC.

Who should apply:

    * Students and staff from Faculties of Medicine at McGill University and Université de Montréal who are experienced players of a musical instrument or voice.
    * Chamber ensemble are welcome as well.

How to apply:

If you are interested in auditioning for this event - please follow the procedure listed below:

   1. Create an account in I Medici's web site by following the registration procedure:
   2. Click on Register
      Follow the instructions associated with the registration

   3. Once your account is confirmed
         1. Log in using your username (=your e-mail) and password
         2. On the page that opens (your Personal Site) click on
            Applications and Forms/Apply
            to open the page listing the active application(s).
         3. Click on the title to open the application and follow the instructions.

How to fill out the application:

   1. The application collects information in seven successive forms, each provided with detailed instructions. The following provides a reminder:
   2. Enter your principal instrument or voice under Form 1: Notes
   3. Your medical and musical education should be entered in Form 5: Education
   4. Membership in current or past music ensemble should be entered under Form 6: Experience
